RMKS/1.  The purpose of this notification is to remind field offices
to process reserve personnel leave carryover in accordance to the
guidelines within the above annotated pay advisory.
2. The separating PSD will advise DFAS-CL the number of days carried
over via the Defense Workload Operations Web System (DWOWS),
and ensure that the correct data fields are completed based on the
type of funds the member is being paid under.
